Responsibilities
- Monitor performance of networked defense systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions in operational environments
- Support deployment and integration of new hardware and software components
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system improvements
- Maintain system documentation and configuration records
- Respond to urgent operational incidents
- Conduct routine system health checks
- Troubleshoot communication link failures
- Assist in field testing of upgraded capabilities
- Coordinate with customer teams during system handovers
- Ensure compliance with security protocols
- Track system performance metrics over time
- Escalate complex technical issues to development teams
- Provide feedback for product design enhancements
- Support over-the-horizon updates and patches
- Validate system behavior after configuration changes
- Participate in post-incident reviews
