Help define the technical marketing function at an innovative open-source company building the foundation for the AI Network category. In this role, you'll bridge engineering and go-to-market efforts by creating clear, compelling content that explains complex systems in accessible ways.
What You’ll Do
- Create concise YouTube videos that break down core components like the Control Plane, Data Plane, Zero Touch Provisioning, and Network Observability into understandable concepts.
- Deliver live product demonstrations for potential customers, highlighting real-world use cases and technical advantages.
- Improve internal and external engineering documentation—develop tutorials, quick start guides, lab exercises, and reference materials that clarify technical depth without sacrificing clarity.
- Train an AI-powered virtual assistant by curating and structuring technical content for Retrieval Augmented Generation using open-source Large Language Models.
- Lead hands-on virtual labs to help prospects explore features shown in videos and initial discovery conversations.
- Support customers in designing AI cloud infrastructure, documenting it as code, and integrating with GitOps workflows.
- Clarify the product’s position against competitors and partner ecosystems, ensuring messaging aligns with market needs.
- Develop practical objection-handling guides for sales teams using HubSpot, based on real customer feedback.
- Write technical blog posts on AI networking trends, product capabilities, and customer success stories.
- Train new sales and GTM partners on how to effectively communicate technical value to technical buyers.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in network engineering with hands-on experience in technical documentation and product demonstration.
- Ability to translate complex architectures into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with GitOps, infrastructure as code, and modern cloud networking concepts.
- Experience working with RAG pipelines and open-source LLMs is a strong plus.
