Babelgroup is looking for a Technical Lead (React) to drive a high-impact strategic project. In this hands-on role with high autonomy, you will be the main technical reference, responsible for decision-making, leadership, and coordinating the evolution of our web applications in production.
What You'll Do
- Receive, analyze, and prioritize technical incidents for web applications.
- Communicate directly with teams and act as a key technical interlocutor.
- Coordinate the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of production applications.
- Make technical decisions on architecture, design, and implementation.
- Lead the technical handover process and knowledge transfer.
- Supervise quality standards, best practices, and technical excellence.
- Provide technical support and serve as the reference for solving complex problems.
What We're Looking For
- Solid and demonstrable experience with React.
- Previous experience maintaining web applications in a production environment.
- High capacity for analysis, diagnosis, and incident resolution.
- An autonomous, proactive, and resourceful working style.
- Experience as a technical reference, Tech Lead, or in a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated capacity for technical leadership and autonomous decision-making.
