Technical Lead Role Responsibilities: - Provide technical and managerial leadership to development teams - Ensure successful project delivery - Proactively identify and resolve potential blockers - Maintain software development, DevOps, and agile methodology best practices - Directly engage with clients to translate requirements into technical specifications - Shape architectural decisions ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability - Provide comprehensive project updates to leadership Candidate Requirements: - Substantial software engineering experience, preferably with Golang - Client engagement experience understanding technical requirements - Proven leadership in software engineering team management - Comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies and design patterns - Advanced knowledge of test-driven development - Proficiency with version control tools like Git - Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud technologies - Awareness of operational considerations - Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills Interview Process: 1.
