EdSights is hiring a Technical Integrations Consultant

About the Role

This role involves building and managing technical integrations that connect systems and improve data flow for clients, requiring strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a support-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy integration workflows between software platforms
  • Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues across systems
  • Document integration architectures and data mappings
  • Support onboarding of new clients through technical setup
  • Maintain data consistency and integrity across connected systems
  • Work with internal teams to align integration goals with product capabilities
  • Monitor integration performance and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards
  • Provide technical guidance during client implementation phases
  • Respond to integration-related support inquiries
  • Adapt integration frameworks to meet evolving client needs
  • Test new integration features in development environments
  • Coordinate with developers to extend API functionality
  • Translate business needs into technical integration plans
  • Manage timelines for integration delivery milestones
  • Maintain version control for integration codebases
  • Use scripting tools to automate data transformation tasks
  • Evaluate third-party tools for integration compatibility
  • Communicate technical status updates to non-technical stakeholders
