Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex IT infrastructure initiatives from anywhere in Mexico. In this fully remote, long-term contract role, you will oversee security hardening, patching, disaster recovery, and monitoring projects while collaborating with global teams.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects including security, monitoring, vulnerability management, disaster recovery, and system hardening.
Develop detailed project plans, including effort estimates, role identification, and timelines down to the technical task level.
Oversee multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring proper coordination and delivery across all stakeholders.
Proactively identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to ensure timely project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a globally distributed environment.
Utilize ITIL-based processes such as change management, incident resolution, and service management.
Engage in software project environments when necessary to understand SDLC and product lifecycle impacts.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing infrastructure projects such as disaster recovery, obsolescence, patching, and hardening.
Strong technical background in IT operations, systems engineering, or related domains.
Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities, plan effectively, and manage technical project timelines.
Proficient in risk management, problem-solving, and mitigation planning.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and enterprise IT environments.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setup.
