ClassDojo is hiring a Technical Implementation Specialist (Contract, Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Guide school district IT departments from initial configuration through full deployment of rostering, enabling educators and administrators to efficiently adopt the platform.
  • Evaluate incoming district data to confirm alignment with customer requirements and system formatting standards.
  • Partner with district technology contacts to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues.
  • Coordinate with account management, district IT, and support teams to communicate progress, flag potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Keep thorough records and provide regular updates on project status across concurrent implementation timelines.
  • Carry out rigorous quality assurance procedures to ensure data accuracy and system readiness.

Compensation

Hourly rate in the United States ranges from $33 to $45, with final rates influenced by location, experience, and skills.

Work Arrangement

Remote position with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in local time zone.

Team

Part of a team of technical implementation specialists; collaborates with a District Onboarding Manager, District Partnerships Manager, and customer support team.

  • This is a temporary contract role with two available start dates: March 2 to September 30 or May 4 to September 30; applicants may indicate preferred start date.
  • Work schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the candidate’s local time zone.
  • Final contract rates are determined by factors including geographic location, professional experience, and technical capabilities.
  • The estimated hourly pay in the U.S. is between $33 and $45.
