Responsibilities
- Guide school district IT departments from initial configuration through full deployment of rostering, enabling educators and administrators to efficiently adopt the platform.
- Evaluate incoming district data to confirm alignment with customer requirements and system formatting standards.
- Partner with district technology contacts to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues.
- Coordinate with account management, district IT, and support teams to communicate progress, flag potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Keep thorough records and provide regular updates on project status across concurrent implementation timelines.
- Carry out rigorous quality assurance procedures to ensure data accuracy and system readiness.
Compensation
Hourly rate in the United States ranges from $33 to $45, with final rates influenced by location, experience, and skills.
Work Arrangement
Remote position with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in local time zone.
Team
Part of a team of technical implementation specialists; collaborates with a District Onboarding Manager, District Partnerships Manager, and customer support team.

- This is a temporary contract role with two available start dates: March 2 to September 30 or May 4 to September 30; applicants may indicate preferred start date.
