ClassDojo is hiring a Technical Implementation Specialist (Contract, Remote) to ensure complete and accurate data integrations with school districts. You’ll help teachers and school leaders seamlessly set up ClassDojo for their communities by managing the largest bulk of onboardings before the new school year.
What You'll Do
- Work with district IT teams from initial set-up through rollout to ensure seamless rostering with ClassDojo.
- Review district-provided data to ensure it matches end-customer needs and formatting requirements.
- Investigate and correct data issues in collaboration with district IT stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the account team, district IT, and customer support, proactively sharing project status, elevating risks, and proposing solutions.
- Maintain excellent documentation and update project status for internal team members across multiple implementation timelines.
- Execute strong quality assurance processes.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience working in K-12 SIS integrations (API, Plug-ins, SFTP, etc.).
- Proven experience in data cleaning and quality checking.
- Proven ability to independently manage a high volume of projects on tight deadlines with a high level of organization and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High empathy and emotional intelligence for working with busy district IT team members and leaders.
- Ability to learn new technology and products quickly.
- Familiarity with tools such as: Asana, Google Sheets/Excel, Notion, and Zendesk.
- Must be located in the US.
Nice to Have
- Experience in edtech or working on products for kids or educators.
- Experience working with Edlink, ClassLink, or Clever.
Team & Environment
You’ll be part of a broader team of technical implementation specialists and you’ll work closely with a District Onboarding Manager who oversees the broader onboarding project plan and District Partnerships Manager who oversees the stakeholder relationships and account strategy.

This is a fully remote contract position open to candidates located within the United States.
