About the Role Leap Health is recruiting a Technical Implementation Manager to spearhead platform configurations, integrations, and implementation initiatives. This position serves as a critical link between technical execution and client success. The role encompasses comprehensive technical implementations—from requirement gathering and SFTP file configuration through successful deployment, while simultaneously identifying automation, scalability, and process enhancement opportunities. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional technical expertise and client-centric approach, capable of transforming complex requirements into seamless solutions. Cross-functional collaboration with clinical, operational, data, and client success teams ensures implementations are delivered punctually, error-free, and aligned with Leap Health's excellence standards.
