About the Role Leap Health is recruiting a Technical Implementation Manager to spearhead platform configurations, integrations, and implementation initiatives. This position serves as a critical link between technical execution and client success. The role encompasses comprehensive technical implementations—from requirement gathering and SFTP file configuration through successful deployment, while simultaneously identifying automation, scalability, and process enhancement opportunities. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional technical expertise and client-centric approach, capable of transforming complex requirements into seamless solutions. Cross-functional collaboration with clinical, operational, data, and client success teams ensures implementations are delivered punctually, error-free, and aligned with Leap Health's excellence standards. Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration - Manage complete technical client onboarding from initial scoping through launch - Configure platform setups, establish SFTP connections, manage eligibility/claims/authorization files - Conduct rigorous quality assurance for configurations and file processes - Support customer platform relaunches, expansions, and updates Client & Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as primary technical liaison for clients and vendor partners during onboarding - Convert client requirements into scalable, standardized solutions - Cultivate robust client relationships through proactive technical issue resolution - Develop and maintain comprehensive internal documentation Process Improvement & Scalability - Discover and implement automation opportunities across data processing domains - Collaborate with engineering and operations to optimize workflows - Lead technical failure remediation efforts - Support organizational growth through implementation process standardization Success Metrics / Key KPIs - Timely, accurate client implementation launches - Superior client satisfaction on technical delivery - Minimized implementation errors - Enhanced automation of eligibility/claims processes - Successful completion of departmental scalability initiatives Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business - 3-5 years technical implementation experience - Comprehensive understanding of ETL pipelines, API integrations, compliance frameworks - Expertise in file transfer protocols and healthcare data management - Prior technical account management background - Proficiency with project management platforms Desired Characteristics - Analytical problem-solving approach - Exceptional communication skills - Strong organizational capabilities - Self-motivated and adaptable - Passionate about healthcare transformation Compensation and Benefits - Competitive salary and equity package - Comprehensive health coverage - Flexible remote work environment - Professional development opportunities We operate with intentionality and precision.
