Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Technical Facilities Coordinator to ensure exceptional client service delivery and operational excellence at our Jakarta site. You will be the technical focal point for facility maintenance, emergency response, and contractor management.
What You'll Do
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
- Perform emergency onsite technical repairs independently, providing timely solutions and analyzing root causes.
- Create and assign work orders to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Manage all contracted hard services, ensuring performance according to contract requirements.
- Manage building maintenance and all on-site contractors.
- Liaise with and report defects to M&E engineers, ensuring planned preventive maintenance (PPM) is carried out to schedule.
- Maintain an Annual Plan to track statutory works, meetings, and key events.
- Conduct facility inspections and act on findings from building and workplace assessments.
- Escalate urgent issues to the Facilities Manager or Client.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of client quotations and proposals.
- Oversee maintenance procedures, utilizing the permit to work system where applicable.
- Communicate building issues continually to end users, the client, and the management team.
- Work with and support other members of the Facilities Management team.
- Provide a daily report via email/Lark in English with daily highlights, issues, and incidents.
- Provide a monthly PowerPoint report in English including an executive summary, QSHE, KPI scores, financials, HR matters, work orders, stock inventory, utility management, and the next month's work plan.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Facilities Manager and collaborate closely with a broader Facilities Management team.
Work Mode
This role requires full-time onsite work at our location in Jakarta, Indonesia.
