Responsibilities
- Architect the Solution: Partner with global customers to identify and document success criteria while developing comprehensive implementation schedules that meet every strategic objective.
- Master the API: Scope API needs and define sophisticated workflows to empower customers to initiate development efforts with confidence.
- Build the Bridge: Develop seamless connections to third-party platforms and automate data transfer workflows using Docebo Connect (powered by Workato technology).
- Decode the Data: Craft custom SQL queries to be installed on customer platforms, turning raw data into actionable insights through bespoke reporting.
- Solve the Puzzle: Lead the configuration and troubleshooting of critical integrations, including Salesforce, Single Sign-on (SSO), and various web conferencing tools.
- Keep the Pulse: Manage ongoing project documentation and implementation cycles to ensure every team stays within utilization and budget targets.
- Set the Standard: Create and maintain new best practices and technical documentation that guarantee a world-class onboarding experience for every client.
Requirements
- Consultative Mindset: You bring 4+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a customer-facing SaaS role where you’ve mastered the art of solving complex problems.
- Technical Versatility: You have a solid technical foundation (BS/BE or equivalent) with at least a year of experience in roles like Sales Engineering, Implementation, or Systems Integration.
- API Fluency: You are comfortable working with Rest APIs and navigating HTTP clients like Postman to test and refine web services.
- Automation Prowess: You possess a basic knowledge of SQL and middleware automation tools such as Workato, Zapier, or Mulesoft.
- Detail Dynamo: You have a natural ability to write effective technical documentation and a strong desire to become a recognized Docebo product expert.
Nice to Have
- Identity Expert: You possess extensive knowledge of SAML and/or Open ID Connect protocols.
- Code Curious: You have basic coding ability in at least one programming language and experience integrating HRIS, CRM, or calendar systems.
- Enterprise Veteran: You have a proven track record of working with large-scale accounts in the enterprise space.
