About the Role Onebrief is recruiting a Technical Delivery Manager for INDOPACOM to facilitate secure, scalable implementations across the Indo-Pacific region. This position demands technical proficiency and leadership skills, ideal for professionals experienced in managing intricate, infrastructure-intensive deployments within classified environments. The selected candidate will be responsible for INDOPACOM deployment outcomes across multiple network infrastructures supporting diverse customers. They will collaborate with technical specialists in engineering and security to ensure successful implementations. This role reports to the Technical Solutions Manager, who oversees global deployment strategies. Location: Oahu, HI - Candidates not currently residing in Oahu must be willing to relocate (with Onebrief's assistance). About You You are a national security technology professional who thrives on solving complex challenges and continuous learning. You approach obstacles with creative problem-solving and maintain resilient optimism grounded in practical wisdom. Strong communication skills are essential, enabling you to prepare executive-level presentations and draft diplomatic correspondence with key stakeholders. You demonstrate organizational capabilities, comfort with complexity, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. What You'll Do - Manage execution of classified deployments by coordinating teams, resolving obstacles, and maintaining project momentum - Collaborate with sales, engineering, and security leadership to prioritize customer activities, identify potential accreditation impacts, and escalate critical decisions effectively - Maintain transparent project tracking, capturing field insights and translating them into strategic deployment priorities - Represent Onebrief in technical customer interactions, establishing a comprehensive decision-tracking system and stakeholder communication framework - Oversee deployment timelines and execution strategies across the Indo-Pacific region, ensuring compliance with RMF, NIST, and other classified system deployment standards What We're Looking For - 4+ years of technical project/program management with team leadership experience - Proven track record managing complex software initiatives in enterprise or startup environments - Deep understanding of software deployment complexities within U.S. Department of Defense and international partner networks - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to drive technical execution and communicate effectively - Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility Preferred Qualifications - Experience with infrastructure-intensive and compliance-constrained implementations - Proficiency in balancing urgency, sustainability, and operational rigor - Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD workflows, and observability tools - Understanding of delivery processes in secure, air-gapped environments - Bonus: exposure to security compliance frameworks - Exceptional communication across technical and non-technical domains - Expertise in remote, asynchronous coordination - Reputation for reliable execution under pressure Compensation Range: $180K - $220K
