The position involves delivering high-quality technical support to customers using the database platform, diagnosing system issues, and guiding users through solutions while contributing to long-term product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical functionality and performance
- Diagnose and resolve database-related issues in production environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and track bugs
- Document technical problems and corresponding resolutions
- Provide clear, written communication in Dutch and English
- Assist in improving support documentation and knowledge bases
- Monitor customer systems for early detection of potential issues
- Guide users through configuration and optimization processes
- Work across time zones to support a global customer base
- Participate in on-call rotations for urgent support cases
Nice to Have
- Experience with columnar databases or analytics platforms
- Background in software development or DevOps
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
- Prior work in customer-facing technical roles
