About the Role
This role is responsible for guiding enterprise customers through technical onboarding, integration support, and ongoing success using AI-powered tools. The individual will act as a technical liaison, troubleshoot issues, and ensure clients achieve maximum value from the platform.
Responsibilities
- Onboard enterprise clients onto the AI platform with technical oversight
- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and technical requirements
- Provide hands-on support for API integrations and system connectivity
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to AI model deployment and data flows
- Conduct regular success reviews with client stakeholders
- Document client configurations and integration architectures
- Escalate complex technical problems to engineering teams with clear context
- Assist in writing custom scripts or workflows for client-specific use cases
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks
- Translate product capabilities into business outcomes during client meetings
- Support proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives
- Coordinate with product teams to relay client feedback
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI features and platform updates
- Deliver training sessions on technical aspects of the platform
- Ensure clients follow best practices for integration security and scalability
- Work with data teams to validate input quality for AI models
- Guide clients through version upgrades and migration paths
- Assist in defining success criteria for technical deliverables
- Track and report on key technical milestones during onboarding
- Serve as a trusted advisor on platform limitations and workarounds
- Facilitate workshops to align technical teams across client and internal organizations
- Optimize integration performance based on client usage patterns
- Support incident response for production-level AI integrations
- Maintain client-specific technical documentation
- Drive adoption of advanced platform features through technical enablement
