At Mercedes-Benz Group AG, we are looking for a Technical Customer Success Engineer to act as the primary liaison between our Engineering Customer Units (ECUs) and internal development teams. In this role, you will combine technical consultancy, customer advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful adoption and optimization of our Agile Release Train (ART) solutions.
What You'll Do
- Engage with Engineering Customer Units (ECUs) to understand their specific setups and requirements for ART solutions in their pipelines.
- Act as a dedicated liaison for customers, connecting them with internal teams and advocating for their needs regarding our ART portfolio.
- Participate in user trainings, workshops, and marketing efforts to educate customers on tool capabilities and best practices.
- Gather and channel direct customer feedback and insights to the ART development teams to drive continuous product improvement.
- Collaborate within a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on the creation and governance of principles focused on ART tools and user needs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability in technical consultancy and communication to diagnose complex problems, design solutions, and guide customer implementations.
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams, departments, and stakeholder groups.
- A B.Tech IT/CS full degree.
- 8-12 years of experience in software development.
Nice to Have
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with ART solutions and their integration into CI/CD/CT pipelines.
