As a Technical Customer Success Engineer, you'll play a central role in connecting Engineering Customer Units with internal development teams to ensure the effective adoption and evolution of Agile Release Train (ART) solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer environments, advocate their requirements, and support successful implementation within CI/CD/CT pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with Engineering Customer Units to assess their technical configurations and integration needs for ART tools
- Serve as the trusted technical point of contact, aligning customer goals with internal engineering capabilities
- Lead training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve customer understanding of ART features and best practices
- Collect and communicate actionable customer insights to development teams, influencing product enhancements and roadmap decisions
- Work alongside Subject Matter Experts to define and refine technical standards and governance models for ART tooling in continuous integration environments
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a B.Tech degree in IT or Computer Science and bring 8–12 years of software development experience. You must demonstrate strong technical consultancy skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and guide implementation strategies. Experience in cross-functional collaboration across engineering and customer-facing roles is essential.
Preferred candidates will have familiarity with ART platforms and their application in CI/CD/CT workflows, though comprehensive training will be provided. Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences are highly valued.
