Drive Client Success Through Technical Expertise
This role is central to helping clients achieve their strategic goals using a powerful investment management platform. As a Technical Consultant, you'll work directly with clients to understand their unique needs, then design and guide implementation plans that deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to assess business objectives and shape customized onboarding strategies that support long-term success.
- Lead technical solution design and deployment, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver value on schedule.
- Create and deliver training materials tailored to different user levels, making complex features accessible and easy to adopt.
- Act as a trusted resource by maintaining deep knowledge of platform capabilities, industry trends, and client workflows.
- Work closely with internal teams—including Product, Support, and Customer Success—to resolve challenges and contribute insights that shape future enhancements.
- Develop standardized processes and documentation to strengthen team efficiency and consistency across engagements.
- Produce clear, reusable guides on best practices for both product use and internal procedures.
What You Bring
- At least two years of experience working directly with clients in the investment management sector.
- Proven ability to lead discussions with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Hands-on work with API integrations and technical implementations.
- Prior consulting experience focused on delivering technical solutions for clients.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $90,000 to $110,000. Final pay is determined by factors such as experience, skills, location, and local pay regulations. The role may also include additional compensation elements as permitted by law.
