The Technical Consultant will empower clients to maximize the value of Juniper Square's investment management platform by serving as a trusted advisor during implementations and fostering long-term customer relationships. This role involves leveraging deep product knowledge and industry insights to drive successful adoption, optimize client workflows, and enhance investor experiences.
What You'll Do
- Partner with clients to understand their strategic goals, business drivers, and desired outcomes, crafting customized adoption plans that align with their objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions, ensuring timely execution and overcoming potential constraints to drive positive results.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for diverse user groups, simplifying complex technical concepts for varying levels of expertise.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, maintaining a deep understanding of product functionality, industry best practices, and customer behaviors.
- Partner with Project Management, Customer Success, Service and Support, and Product Development teams to resolve complex issues and influence product roadmap decisions.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Technical Consulting Team.
- Create and maintain documentation on product and procedural best practices, ensuring consistent messaging across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with clients within the investment management industry.
- Proven ability to lead client-facing meetings and presentations, including executive-level audiences.
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to travel nationally up to 10% as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to Have
- Technical experience in working with API implementations is a plus
- Previous consulting experience helping customers achieve outcomes in a technical manner

U.S. base salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
Work Mode
