Join Fujitsu as a Technical Consultant specializing in ServiceNow ITSM and CSM implementations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex ServiceNow solutions, configuring core modules, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, implement, and test ServiceNow modules within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Provide integration facilities and logistics for required customer integrations on ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Suggest and implement proposals for process improvements within projects.
- Use new technologies and methods actively to develop competitive services on customer projects.
- Provide technical documentation on modules/products following company standards.
- Drive business requirements and take an active/leading role with customer stakeholders, including C-level, director-level, and end users.
- Design and configure ServiceNow ITSM suites.
- Coordinate with Product/Platform System Administrators when new ServiceNow patches or releases are applied.
- Provide ServiceNow configuration assistance, including data imports and software integrations.
- Assist in troubleshooting patch and release management issues focusing on ITSM.
- Develop UI forms, fields, notifications, and workflows.
- Maintain JavaScript server and client code.
- Create, monitor, modify, and publish service catalog workflows with approvals.
- Create access control rules (ACLs).
- Develop and configure ServiceNow CSM and ITSM applications according to customer requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop UI forms, UI Actions, notifications, workflows, and Flows via Flow Designer.
- Create JavaScript server/client code and components: Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, etc.
- Create, modify, and publish service catalog and Record producers.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of all ServiceNow CSM applications through testing and troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain documentation for project applications, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow CSM features and functionalities and make recommendations for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, including its technology, development, integration, and modules.
- In-depth technical knowledge of CSM and ITSM modules.
- Hands-on process implementation experience on CSM modules.
- Hands-on ITSM process implementation experience on modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc.
- Experience working with CSM Portal, Agent Workspace, and CSM modules: Case Management, Order Management.
- Experience with CSM Master Data Configuration: Accounts, Contracts, Entitlements, Assets, etc.
- Maintain high level of product and solution knowledge and maintain an up-to-date skills profile in ServiceNow and JavaScript, HTML.
