Medtronic is looking for a Technical Consultant to join our Pelvic Health Operating Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing business by providing expert technical support, training, and education to customers. Your primary focus will be delivering high-quality clinical support in hospital settings to ensure sacral neuromodulation procedures are performed to the highest standard.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality clinical support to hospital teams in theatre departments, outpatient departments, and other clinical areas.
- Work with Urology and Colorectal clinical teams to ensure sacral neuromodulation procedures meet the highest standards and services are delivered efficiently.
- Be responsible for defined area case coverage and support for sacral neuromodulation procedures.
- Act as a knowledge resource and troubleshooting contact for the field sales force and customers.
- Plan and support clinical and technical training and education programs.
- Participate in the development of employee and customer training programs.
- Prepare study materials and conduct training for physicians, technicians, and nurses in collaboration with the Pelvic Health team.
What We're Looking For
- Previous relevant training or education experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects as well as contribute to a larger team.
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital setting.
- Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.

You will be part of the Pelvic Health team within the Pelvic Health Operating Unit, reporting to a Sales Manager.
