About the Role

The individual will work closely with engineering and client teams to deploy, configure, and maintain technical solutions, providing expert guidance and resolving complex issues in real-world environments.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and configure technical systems according to client requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product integration
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues during implementation phases
  • Provide on-site and remote support during system commissioning
  • Document configurations and system changes accurately
  • Assist in the validation of system performance and compliance
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software components in integrated environments
  • Support client training sessions for new technical platforms
  • Coordinate with project managers to meet deployment timelines
  • Evaluate system functionality in clinical or operational settings
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product updates and patches
  • Participate in pre-sales technical discussions and demonstrations
  • Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards
  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineering staff
  • Review system requirements with stakeholders for accuracy
  • Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm stability
  • Assist in the development of technical documentation
  • Monitor system performance after deployment
  • Engage in continuous improvement of deployment processes
  • Support remote diagnostics and software updates
  • Work with quality assurance teams during audits
  • Interface directly with clients to understand technical needs
  • Assist in root cause analysis for system failures
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities
  • Support firmware and software upgrades in the field
