Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
- Collaborate with development teams during solution design
- Support testing activities including test case development and validation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Maintain detailed documentation of workflows and system changes
- Participate in project planning and timeline estimations
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues
- Ensure compliance with industry and organizational standards
- Track project progress and report on key milestones
- Conduct user acceptance testing coordination
- Validate deliverables against initial requirements
- Provide input on system scalability and performance
- Assist in training material development for end users
- Work with product owners to prioritize backlogs
- Analyze data to support decision-making
- Monitor post-implementation outcomes
- Support change management processes
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and retrospectives
