Safran Passenger Innovations is looking for a Technical Business Analyst I to join our team developing RAVE In-flight Entertainment (IFE) products and services. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, conduct data analysis, develop solutions, and document work packages.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define and document complex business requirements
Perform critical thinking and analytical problem solving supported by data analysis to support decision-making
Facilitate effective communication and alignment between technical and non-technical team members
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and manage the creation of user stories for development teams
Support collaboration with product, engineering and quality assurance, ensuring solutions meet business standards and user expectations
Support the implementation of solutions, integration and successful delivery
Contribute to collaboration and definition review sessions
Support stakeholder relationships
Support critical decisions leading to successful outcomes

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent experience
0-3 years experience in business analysis or related technical Engineering field
Knowledge of business analysis principles and technical specifications
Proficiency in MS Office and Jira management tools
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Team-oriented work style
Execute team assignments independently
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Technical analysis and problem-solving approach
