Responsibilities

- Collaborate with solution engineers to align technical fit
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and technical objections
- Translate developer pain points into sales opportunities
- Engage with technical documentation to understand product capabilities
- Attend developer events and online communities for lead generation
- Follow structured cadences for technical follow-ups
- Respond to inbound technical inquiries from sign-ups
- Map technical stakeholders within target organizations
- Prepare summaries of technical discussions for handoff
- Stay current with changes in developer tooling trends
- Use CRM tools to track engagement metrics
- Support creation of technical outreach templates
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Work with marketing on technical campaign targeting
