About the Role
The consultant will provide expert guidance and capacity-building support to education stakeholders, focusing on systemic improvement, policy implementation, and data-informed decision-making across diverse educational contexts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver targeted technical assistance to state and local education agencies
- Support the development and implementation of education policies and reforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design improvement strategies
- Analyze education data to inform program adjustments and policy recommendations
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and training sessions for education professionals
- Produce clear, actionable reports and policy briefs for diverse audiences
- Engage with stakeholders to assess needs and monitor progress
- Promote equity and inclusion in education systems and practices
- Assist in evaluating the impact of educational programs and initiatives
- Translate research findings into practical tools and resources
- Support capacity-building efforts for education leaders and staff
- Contribute to project planning and execution timelines
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state education regulations
- Identify emerging trends in education policy and systems reform
- Foster partnerships with external organizations and experts
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project goals
- Use evidence-based practices to guide technical support
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Adapt communication style for different stakeholder groups

Compensation
