Sperasoft is looking for a Technical Artist to bridge our engineering and art teams, streamlining asset production, optimizing pipelines, and creating tools within Unreal Engine 5.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with engineers and artists to enhance and streamline asset production
- Create asset management tools within the engine
- Develop new shaders and update existing ones
- Optimize assets, shaders, and pipelines against target hardware specifications
- Fix bugs and troubleshoot technical issues
- Contribute to our team-oriented environment
- Prepare documentation for pipelines and tools
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Artist in gamedev
- Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine 5
- Excellent understanding of Blueprints and Editor Utility Widgets
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, C#, C++)
- Experience writing shaders (UE4/UE5 Materials system, HLSL, GLSL)
- Art tools production experience
- Self-motivation, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-player attitude
- English level of intermediate or higher
