The Technology Service Analyst at Deutsche India Private Limited, Mumbai Branch will deliver technical support and services to various departments of Deutsche Bank Ukraine (DBU), a corporate banking subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG. This role combines technical expertise with business analysis to support core systems, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do
- Ownership of local applications including end-to-end responsibility for application setup from regulatory and DB policies requirements.
- Administration and support of the core banking system (B2)
- Provide remote support to end users
- Monitor and manage incidents through an IT service management platform.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Control and execution of daily procedures to support operational processes.
- Management/supporting of local IT infrastructure/application related projects including regulatory driven.
- Installation, testing, implementation of applications provided by the National Bank of Ukraine
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
What We're Looking For
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of network technologies: IP addressing, DHCP, DNS
- Windows Server 2016/2019, basic administration skills
- Installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of local application software
- Working with SQL queries (basic knowledge)
- Oracle, (basic knowledge)
- Office 365, advanced user
- Understanding of networks and rules
- Creating and updating documentation on the use of IT systems
- Experience with Service Desk, Jira, Confluence
- Native-level proficiency in Ukrainian
- Professional-level proficiency in English
