Lockwood, part of Cushman & Wakefield, is hiring a Technical Analyst to join a structured 12-week ServiceNow Developer Training Program (iTech U Cohort). This role involves a blend of self-paced learning, instructor-led sessions, and project-based activities focused on the internal ServiceNow Project Navigator. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible for placement in a client support role, likely involving a ServiceNow project, as an entry-level developer or in a supporting role such as testing/QA or analyst.
What You'll Do
- Participate in a 12-week ServiceNow Developer Training Program featuring self-paced learning, instructor-led sessions, and hands-on project work.
- Work on a self-paced study program to sit for and pass an assigned ServiceNow certification exam.
- Complete hands-on development work on an internal ServiceNow Application, assuming assignments necessary to demonstrate proficiency in ServiceNow tools.
What We're Looking For
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification (must have passed the CSA exam).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- U.S. citizenship (pursuant to a government contract).
- The ability to obtain a security clearance is required.
Nice to Have
- Additional ServiceNow certifications.
- Basic or advanced knowledge of JavaScript.
