RTB House is hiring a Technical Account Manager (West)

About the Role

What You'll Do

Act as the primary technical contact for a dedicated group of clients, guiding them through campaign lifecycles and ensuring technical setups are correctly implemented. Diagnose and resolve performance issues such as delivery discrepancies, frequency concerns, publisher behavior, and tracking tag failures.

Monitor campaign pacing to confirm alignment with budget and performance targets. Partner with clients to verify tracking code functionality across their digital properties and provide technical support when issues arise. Collaborate with internal teams to share insights, refine processes, and strengthen team-wide expertise.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or demonstrate equivalent hands-on experience
  • Have at least three years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or Campaign Manager in digital advertising
  • Possess strong technical skills and the ability to master DSP platforms quickly
  • Demonstrate proficiency with platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, or Amazon DSP
  • Show experience working with product feeds and programmatic advertising ecosystems
  • Be skilled in analyzing data using Microsoft Excel or similar tools
  • Have a working knowledge of Google Analytics, including configuration and reporting interpretation
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Understand core concepts in programmatic media, including RTB, DMPs, bidding strategies, and tagging

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting code
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or Python
