Wiz is hiring a Technical Account Manager, Swedish speaking

About the Role

You will serve as the key technical point of contact for customers using the Wiz platform, ensuring they successfully adopt and operationalize cloud security solutions. Your role bridges customer objectives with internal capabilities, delivering value through expert guidance and proactive engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead onboarding and ongoing technical enablement, helping customers deploy Wiz effectively and follow operational best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership, maintaining regular communication to track progress and address concerns.
  • Conduct workshops to help customers maximize platform value and establish internal Centers of Excellence.
  • Develop and track customer Success Plans, defining goals, KPIs, and milestones, then measure progress and report outcomes.
  • Respond to technical inquiries and manage escalations, coordinating with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Advocate for customer needs within Wiz, ensuring feedback informs product and service improvements.
  • Monitor emerging cloud security threats and maintain deep knowledge of cloud environments, container technologies, and the Wiz platform.
  • Partner with Sales and Renewals teams to support contract expansions and long-term customer growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in a technical customer-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or Customer Success Engineering.
  • Strong grasp of cloud architectures, security principles, and services offered by major Cloud Service Providers.
  • Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes, and understanding of associated security challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical environments and drive issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and Swedish required.
  • Proven success in managing enterprise relationships, improving adoption, and supporting retention goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cloud Service Provider certifications, such as Certified Solutions Architect or Certified DevOps Engineer.
