What You'll Do
- Deliver high-level support for desktop systems, applications, and network technologies across diverse environments
- Diagnose and resolve intricate technical problems involving PCs, Macs, iOS devices, and peripheral equipment
- Lead deployment projects for new technology solutions, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Manage hardware and software upgrades, relocations, and system integrations with minimal disruption
- Provide hands-on and remote support with a focus on timely, user-centered service delivery
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve user proficiency and promote technology independence
- Test and evaluate emerging technologies for usability, security, and operational impact
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement solutions aligned with business requirements
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and implemented designs
- Stay current with evolving technology trends and industry best practices to support continuous improvement
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least four years of relevant technical experience
- Strong expertise in PC and Windows systems, with proficiency in Mac and iOS platforms
- Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure, including protocols, design, and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with a calm and professional approach during high-pressure situations
- Proven experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and team leadership
- Capacity to work independently while also contributing effectively within team settings
- Ability to travel between campus locations as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field

Work Environment
This is an onsite position based at 211 Bailey Rd, Rochester, NY. Work hours are scheduled in alignment with operational needs, requiring availability during core business times. The role involves collaboration across departments and interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation
Hourly pay ranges from $26.90 to $37.66, based on experience and qualifications.
