Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success teams to develop strategies tailored to client roadmaps and pain points
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for key clients, covering topics from performance optimization to multidimensional modeling principles
- Conduct regular audits of client workspaces to ensure efficiency and best practices
- Improve and sustain the Success Plan offering to meet high industry benchmarks
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to highlight opportunities for product improvements
