About the Role
This role involves being the primary point of contact for clients in Italy, helping them adopt and maximize the value of the platform by troubleshooting technical challenges and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical contact for assigned clients in Italy
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Guide clients through onboarding and ongoing platform usage
- Monitor client health and proactively identify areas for support
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Track and report on client engagement and satisfaction metrics
- Deliver training sessions to clients on product features and best practices
- Gather client feedback and share insights with product teams
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM
- Support renewal and expansion opportunities through strong relationships
- Troubleshoot technical problems with APIs and data integrations
- Assist clients in interpreting blockchain data through the platform
- Provide status updates during incident response situations
- Collaborate with customer support to improve resolution workflows
- Ensure clients follow security and compliance best practices
