- Assist in onboarding planning and coordinate kickoff meetings

- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Support renewal discussions with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and technical configurations
- Troubleshoot API and integration issues with customer systems
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal technical teams
- Monitor service-level agreements and ensure timely response times
- Provide input on customer success metrics and KPIs
- Assist with post-sales technical enablement
- Stay current with platform updates and new feature releases
- Coordinate with professional services for complex deployments
