Zeotap is hiring a Technical Account Manager (DACH) m/f/d to serve as the key technical liaison for our clients in the DACH region. You will work remotely from Germany as part of our Solutions Engineering team, focusing on technical onboarding, adoption, and ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for Zeotap's customers in the DACH region.
- Drive successful product implementation, onboarding, and adoption.
- Conduct technical check-ins and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and value realization.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs.
- Identify and manage technical risks, providing proactive solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer.
- Deep technical understanding of data, SaaS platforms, and cloud technologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in German and English.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Experience working with clients in the DACH market.

This is a fully remote position and you must be located in Germany.
