Canvas Medical is hiring a Solutions Engineer to be a key technical partner in delivering our healthcare platform. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our product capabilities and client needs, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
What You'll Do
- Design and architect technical solutions based on client requirements and platform capabilities
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications and implementation plans
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to scope and deliver solutions
- Build and present technical demonstrations, proof of concepts, and integration plans
- Troubleshoot technical challenges during implementation and provide expert guidance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a solutions engineering, technical consulting, or similar client-facing technical role
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with system integration, APIs, and data flow architecture
- Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer value
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
