Binance seeks a Corporate Counsel/Company Secretary to provide legal and corporate secretarial support for our operations in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region. This is a critical in-house role ensuring compliance and effective governance in a dynamic market.

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters affecting Binance's business in the MENA region.
Serve as Company Secretary for local entities, managing board meetings, governance, and statutory filings.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
Advise on regulatory developments, licensing requirements, and compliance issues specific to the MENA region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and manage legal risk.

What We're Looking For

A qualified lawyer with a current practicing certificate in a relevant MENA jurisdiction.
Proven experience in a similar in-house counsel or company secretary role, preferably within financial services, technology, or a regulated industry.
Deep understanding of corporate law, governance, and compliance frameworks in multiple MENA markets.
Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts in English.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
