About the Role
This role involves serving as the primary technical contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, resolving issues, and ensuring long-term satisfaction through consistent support and clear communication.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for technical inquiries from clients in Brazil
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently
- Guide new clients through onboarding and initial setup processes
- Monitor client health and proactively identify potential risks
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support cases
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Track and report on service-level agreement compliance
- Support the renewal and expansion of client contracts through reliable service
- Provide feedback to product teams based on client experiences
- Ensure timely responses to client support requests
- Coordinate with customer success teams to align technical and business goals
- Deliver status updates during incident resolution
- Assist in post-incident reviews and documentation
- Stay current with product updates and technical documentation
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between clients and internal teams
- Identify opportunities to improve client workflows
- Support integration troubleshooting for client systems
- Maintain familiarity with regional compliance and technical requirements
- Participate in client review meetings with technical summaries
