About the Role
The Technical Account Manager ensures clients achieve maximum value from security solutions by managing technical relationships, guiding implementation, and supporting long-term success through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Monitor client health and satisfaction metrics
- Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders

- Maintain accurate client documentation and success plans
- Ensure compliance with security and access protocols
- Collaborate with engineering during incident response
- Communicate product updates and roadmap changes
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Provide training and best practice guidance to clients
- Monitor service-level agreements and performance benchmarks
- Escalate critical issues using defined protocols
- Work with support teams to streamline troubleshooting
