FireMon is looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as the dedicated technical advocate and primary point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical relationship, ensuring successful product adoption, and driving long-term customer value.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary technical liaison for a portfolio of FireMon customers.
- Proactively manage customer health through regular check-ins and strategic reviews.
- Guide customers on best practices for implementing and optimizing FireMon solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues and requests are addressed.
- Identify opportunities for deeper product adoption and expansion within your accounts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role (Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Customer Success Engineer).
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience managing and growing long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
