Qualco Group is hiring a Technical Account Manager (1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Manage the technical relationship between the company and clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
  • Monitor client usage and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients.
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts.
  • Participate in client onboarding and training sessions.
  • Assist in the development of technical documentation and resources.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on client input.
  • Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of client success strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide regular updates to management on client status and performance.
  • Assist in the preparation of client proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to client relationships.
  • Support the implementation of new features and services.
  • Provide technical training to clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve technical issues.
