Curotec is hiring a Technical Account Executive

About the Role

This position involves identifying and engaging new and existing leads, guiding them through the sales process, and developing tailored solutions in collaboration with internal delivery and technical teams. The individual will take a consultative approach to assess client needs, lead solution design, and ensure seamless handoff and ongoing account growth post-sale. The role also includes nurturing prospects, refining sales strategies with the BDR team, and maintaining accurate pipeline data.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new and existing leads to drive sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the BDR team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns
  • Support prospecting efforts in partnership with the BDR team
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with clients to support upselling and account growth after deal closure
  • Cultivate relationships with potential prospects to build a strong pipeline
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking and CRM records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define scope and requirements for sales opportunities
  • Lead the scoping and solution design process in coordination with delivery teams, including proposal development
  • Develop and deliver customized solution presentations for clients
  • Facilitate smooth transition of accounts to delivery teams and remain engaged during implementation and support phases

Requirements

  • Experience in a business consulting setting, particularly in software product development
  • Consultative, client-focused sales approach
  • Ability to grasp both strategic business objectives and technical requirements of clients
  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial qualification to deal closure
  • Background in software consulting or selling services to technology companies and large enterprises
  • Demonstrated success in closing contracts valued in the six and seven-figure range
  • Skilled at collaborating across different departments and organizational functions
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders including VPs, Directors, Product Owners, and C-level executives
