Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring for technical internships and entry-level full-time positions within technology divisions such as Engineering, Data, and Product.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, leadership, and HR partners to align recruitment efforts with changing technical requirements and workforce strategies.
- Design and execute sourcing initiatives targeting early-career candidates through universities, coding bootcamps, hackathons, and student tech groups.
- Evaluate technical applicants via resume review, skill assessments, and structured interviews in coordination with hiring teams.
- Maintain robust talent pipelines in key technical domains including software engineering, data science, cloud infrastructure, and new technology platforms.
- Act as a strategic talent consultant to ensure high-quality, competitive candidate shortlists.
- Represent the company at technical recruiting events, campus programs, industry conferences, and online engagements to promote employer branding and widen talent access.
- Promote standardized, metrics-driven recruitment methods consistent with internal policies and industry best practices; report progress and insights to stakeholders.
- Support the creation and delivery of programs that improve the onboarding and professional growth of technical interns.
