Talan is seeking a Tech Lead .NET to join its Microsoft Apps practice. You will serve as a technical leader on projects built with microservices architectures in a CI/CD and DevOps environment, providing guidance and helping junior team members grow.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with end users to understand their needs and develop a shared product vision.
- Participate with QA and Product Owners in writing BDDs.
- Take part in agile ceremonies like backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily meetings, and retrospectives.
- Lead the phases of technical analysis and design.
- Implement features while adhering to clean code principles.
- Conduct code reviews and propose improvements to code quality and architecture.
- Prepare and present demos to end users.
- Implement and oversee testing strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement of the team's craftsmanship and clean code practices.
- Act as a technical referent and assist junior team members with their tasks.
- Participate in or lead weekly "ruches": presentations for collaborative technology watch.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in backend development within Microsoft environments in an agile context.
