Talan is seeking a Tech Lead .NET to join its Microsoft Apps practice. You will serve as a technical leader on projects built with microservices architectures in a CI/CD and DevOps environment, providing guidance and helping junior team members grow.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with end users to understand their needs and develop a shared product vision.
Participate with QA and Product Owners in writing BDDs.
Take part in agile ceremonies like backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily meetings, and retrospectives.
Lead the phases of technical analysis and design.
Implement features while adhering to clean code principles.
Conduct code reviews and propose improvements to code quality and architecture.
Prepare and present demos to end users.
Implement and oversee testing strategies.
Drive continuous improvement of the team's craftsmanship and clean code practices.
Act as a technical referent and assist junior team members with their tasks.
Participate in or lead weekly "ruches": presentations for collaborative technology watch.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 7 years of experience in backend development within Microsoft environments in an agile context.
