Lucca is looking for a Tech Lead Manager to lead a team of developers, blending hands-on technical expertise with people management. You will be responsible for both the quality of the technical output and the growth and well-being of your team members.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of developers, providing technical direction and architectural guidance
- Manage the full software development lifecycle for your team's projects
- Conduct code reviews and set engineering best practices
- Mentor and coach engineers to support their professional development
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define project roadmaps
- Balance hands-on coding with leadership and people management responsibilities

- Strong background in modern software development and architecture
