Teaching Lab is hiring a Director, Proposal Management and Writing to lead proposal development and writing for our remote-first organization focused on educational improvement. You will be instrumental in securing funding to support our mission.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and writing of high-quality, competitive proposals and grant applications.
- Manage the full proposal lifecycle from opportunity identification through submission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure proposal alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain proposal templates, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Analyze proposal outcomes and feedback to refine strategies and improve win rates.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in proposal management and writing, preferably within the education or non-profit sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and complex projects.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
