Aledade is seeking a Director of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to join the Office of the President. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust ERM framework to identify, assess, and mitigate strategic and operational risks across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maturity of the enterprise risk management program
- Establish and maintain the ERM framework, including policies, risk appetite statements, and reporting standards
- Facilitate enterprise-wide risk assessments and work with business units to develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor and report on key risk indicators and the overall risk profile to senior leadership and the Board
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed risk management principles into strategic planning and operational processes
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and leading an enterprise risk management function, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry
- Deep knowledge of ERM frameworks (e.g., COSO) and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex risk data into actionable insights for leadership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive teams and boards
- Ability to operate independently in a remote environment and drive program adoption across a distributed organization
