AHEAD is seeking a Director, Talent Development to architect and lead our talent development strategy. You will design and implement programs that cultivate skills, leadership, and career growth across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage leadership development programs and career frameworks.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of training and learning initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership and HR to assess organizational development needs.
- Establish metrics and analytics to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay current on talent development trends and best practices to continuously improve our offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior talent development, organizational development, or learning leadership role.
- Deep expertise in designing and scaling leadership development, career pathing, and competency models.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and measure impact.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while managing tactical program execution.
