AHEAD is seeking a Director, Talent Development to architect and lead our talent development strategy. You will design and implement programs that cultivate skills, leadership, and career growth across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and manage leadership development programs and career frameworks.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of training and learning initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership and HR to assess organizational development needs.
  • Establish metrics and analytics to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay current on talent development trends and best practices to continuously improve our offerings.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior talent development, organizational development, or learning leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in designing and scaling leadership development, career pathing, and competency models.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and measure impact.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate strategically while managing tactical program execution.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position for candidates located anywhere in the United States.
