Devoteam is hiring a Tech Lead - Identity & Access Management

Devoteam is hiring a Tech Lead for its Identity & Access Management (IAM) practice. In this role, you will define the strategic vision, lead technical expertise, support business development, and ensure the high-quality delivery of IAM solutions for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Define the vision and roadmap for the Identity practice, covering IAM, PAM, and IAG.
• Structure and industrialize service offerings from diagnostic and scoping to build and run phases.
• Animate the internal community through regular rituals, monitoring, knowledge sharing, and expert groups.
• Serve as the internal technical reference for market solutions like SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Saviynt, One Identity, and Usercube.
• Manage relationships with software vendors, including monitoring, certifications, and co-construction of offers.
• Contribute to the technical partnership strategy.
• Support pre-sales activities, including opportunity qualification, responses to calls for tender, and presentations.
• Write technical proposals and participate in selection committees.
• Provide technical representation to strategic clients.
• Spend approximately 80% of your time on high-value-added missions: scoping, expertise, audit, and architecture.
• Launch and secure the beginnings of client missions.
• Guarantee client satisfaction and the quality of all deliverables.

What We're Looking For

• Proven, hands-on experience with at least one leading IAM solution such as Ping, SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, or Okta.
• Good knowledge of the Identity ecosystem, governance issues, and hybrid or cloud architectures.
• A first successful experience in team or practice management.
• A taste for knowledge transfer, structuring work, and providing technical leadership.
• Excellent communication and relational skills with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Autonomy, rigor, and a strong team spirit.
