Sopra Steria is hiring a Tech Lead .NET/C# to join our Financial Services division in Lille. You will provide technical leadership on structuring projects for banking and financial clients, coordinating development, ensuring solution design and code quality, and mentoring team members while remaining hands-on with technical choices.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate development actions within the project.
- Guarantee solution design and challenge technical choices.
- Guarantee code quality and adherence to development best practices.
- Accompany the team in skills development.
- Validate technical solution estimates, aligning with client strategy.
- Contribute to technological watch, innovation, and technical excellence efforts.
- Provide expertise during pre-sales phases and commercial actions to support business development.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good command of .NET 6+, C#, and Angular environments.
- Comfortable with Agile methodology, with exposure to cloud and industrialization contexts.
- Professional level English.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Lille with a telework agreement allowing up to 2 days per week of remote work depending on missions.
