About the Role

Outsight is hiring a Customer Delivery Manager to ensure the successful delivery of our Spatial Intelligence solutions to clients worldwide. This role focuses on maintaining high service quality and guaranteeing 100% adherence to SLAs, solidifying client relationships and maximizing satisfaction. You will be the critical link between our internal engineering and commercial teams and our most prestigious global customers across four continents.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations. Manage expectations to ensure partnership success.
  • Design and manage end-to-end service delivery plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, with the objective of meeting all contractual SLAs.
  • Track service delivery progress against the plan. Proactively identify and mitigate a minimum of 2 potential risks per quarter, ensuring project continuity.
  • Provide regular, transparent performance updates to the client and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate 100% of service plan changes or emergent issues in real-time.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
  • 5+ years in a client-facing delivery role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or deep-tech environment.
  • 3+ years managing project teams.
  • Proven ability to meet 95% of service delivery metrics and SLAs.
  • Demonstrated success in resolving high-stakes client escalations.
