Sopra Steria is looking for a Tech Lead to join a major banking sector client's Fraud domain team. You will lead and deliver data solutions within financial crime or closely related financial services, ensuring robust project execution in a regulated environment. The role operates on a 60% remote, 40% on-site hybrid model and requires a good level of English for international collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver comprehensive IT projects covering requirements, design, construction/configuration, testing, implementation, and transition to BAU.
- Manage complex changes involving multiple teams, dependencies, and vendors in a regulated environment.
- Work effectively in both agile and waterfall project environments.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in technology leadership and/or data delivery within financial crime or closely related financial services.
- Solid knowledge of financial crime controls, data channels, and ELT mechanisms.
- Proven experience in end-to-end delivery of IT projects (requirements, design, construction/configuration, testing, implementation, transition to BAU).
- Experience managing complex changes with multiple teams, dependencies, and vendors in a regulated environment.
- A good level of English for international project work.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally including some combination of: Transaction Monitoring (TM), Screening/Sanctions, KYC/Customer Due Diligence, Alerts, Cases, and Regulatory Reporting.
