About the Role

At Voyage Privé, our innovative campus fosters a mission-driven culture where performance meets impact. We are looking for a Tech Helpdesk (M/F) to play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations. This position is ideal for an IT professional looking to develop hands-on technical skills in a dynamic, user-facing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide daily first- and second-level technical support to French- and English-speaking end users
  • Diagnose incidents, investigate root causes, and propose appropriate solutions
  • Ensure clear, professional written and verbal communication with users
  • Escalate complex issues and follow up until resolution
  • Manage, track, prepare, and deploy IT equipment in a small office environment
  • Maintain user workstations in Windows and Apple environments
  • Ensure proper documentation of assets, interventions, procedures, and solutions
  • Process and monitor daily IT reports and tickets
  • Report activities, incidents, and improvement opportunities to the IT manager
  • Contribute to the maintenance and optimization of the campus IT infrastructure
  • Participate in IT projects, tool evolutions, and system upgrades
  • Support project deployment and production rollout
  • Collaborate with external service providers and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Good working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 and Apple environments
  • Basic to intermediate experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
  • Understanding of Microsoft command-line tools
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, Ping, Traceroute, FTP, SNMP, Telnet)
  • Ability to document solutions and procedures clearly
  • Proficiency in technical English (written and spoken)
  • French proficiency required for daily user support
  • Strong service and user-oriented mindset
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow technically
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external partners

Team & Environment

You will join our office IT team, reporting directly to the IT manager, and work within our unique campus that brings together tech talent, professional athletes, students, and artists.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement located in the South of France.
