Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical and subject-matter expert supporting sales teams in client engagements
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and business challenges
  • Deliver outcome-focused solution demos that map platform capabilities to customer requirements
  • Respond to technical and functional inquiries from clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Lead strategic initiatives in key accounts, including roadmap alignment and journey planning
  • Supply actionable input to product teams on potential enhancements that meet market demands
  • Collaborate on developing realistic use cases for demonstrations and product releases
  • Exchange proven methodologies and reusable resources with peer consultants to improve team performance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor offerings and market positioning
  • Participate in marketing-related events such as executive briefings, trade shows, and user group sessions
