Responsibilities
- Act as a technical and subject-matter expert supporting sales teams in client engagements
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and business challenges
- Deliver outcome-focused solution demos that map platform capabilities to customer requirements
- Respond to technical and functional inquiries from clients, partners, and internal teams
- Lead strategic initiatives in key accounts, including roadmap alignment and journey planning
- Supply actionable input to product teams on potential enhancements that meet market demands
- Collaborate on developing realistic use cases for demonstrations and product releases
- Exchange proven methodologies and reusable resources with peer consultants to improve team performance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor offerings and market positioning
- Participate in marketing-related events such as executive briefings, trade shows, and user group sessions
