About the Role

The role involves leading and coaching a customer service team, managing daily operations, improving service quality, and acting as a point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a customer service team to ensure consistent performance and service standards
  • Coach and support team members in their professional development and day-to-day tasks
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements where needed
  • Serve as the primary contact for team-related inquiries from other departments
  • Ensure customer interactions meet quality and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and onboarding programs
  • Support the implementation of new tools and workflows
  • Promote a positive team culture focused on collaboration and accountability
  • Manage team schedules and workloads efficiently
  • Report on team performance and operational metrics
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization
  • Ensure adherence to data protection and regulatory standards
  • Act as a liaison between frontline staff and management
